About Unscramble Anything
Unscramble Anything was built for one simple reason: word game players needed a fast, clean, no-nonsense way to find words, check definitions, and sharpen their strategy — without wading through cluttered pages and popup ads just to type in a few letters.
What We Do
We build free, instant-use tools for people who play Scrabble, Words With Friends, Wordle, and other word games — plus the guides and strategy content to help you actually get better at them. Right now, that includes:
A Word Unscrambler that instantly finds every valid word hiding in your letters, scored and sorted so you can spot your best play at a glance.
A Word Dictionary for quickly checking definitions, parts of speech, and example sentences — no more guessing whether an unfamiliar word is safe to play.
A Wordle Solver that narrows down possible answers based on what you’ve already learned from your guesses.
A growing library of strategy guides covering everything from 2-letter Scrabble words to smarter Wordle openers.
More tools are on the way, all built with the same goal: help you play better, faster, without friction.
Why We Built This
Word games reward players who know a few small tricks — the right 2-letter words, smart letter management, recognizing when a “weird” word is actually valid. Most of that knowledge is scattered across forums, outdated blog posts, or buried behind ads. We wanted one place that’s fast, genuinely useful, and respects your time.
Our Approach
Every tool on this site runs instantly in your browser — no sign-up, no downloads, no unnecessary friction. Our word data draws from established, publicly available English word lists, and our dictionary definitions come from Wiktionary, a well-established open reference source. We’re upfront when a tool has limitations (for example, not every valid word has a definition available), because we’d rather be honest than overpromise.
